Service Payments
All service payments are billed based on the selected hosting plan and service agreement.

Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:

Duplicate payment transactions
Billing errors
Service activation failures caused by system issues

Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be issued for:

Partial service usage
Client-initiated service cancellations after activation
Issues related to third-party software or licensing

Cancellation
Clients may cancel their service at any time; however, cancellation will apply to the next billing cycle unless otherwise specified.

Processing Time
Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days to process depending on the payment method.
